Rocio Hernandez
Registered Dental Assistant
Rocio started at Cypress Dental in early 2021 after attending Monterey Peninsula College where she graduated from the Dental Assistant Program and received her Associates in science for Dental Assisting.
She enjoys the friendly work environment, and the positive feedback back she receives from patients. Her favorite procedures at the office are surgery based, including extractions and implants.
Outside of work, Rocio loves spending time with friends and family.
Michelle Rosado
Registered Dental Assistant
Michelle started her dental journey in 2022 by attending Monterey Peninsula College. She then joined Cypress Dental in early 2023 and has enjoyed every moment since. She has learned so much from Dr. Alfy and is always excited to keep learning more.
She loves working in the fast paced office environment, always making it work smoothly with the amazing front office and back team. Michelle enjoys getting to know new and returning patients, as well as helping them understand treatment and answering any questions they may have.
On her free time she enjoys spending time with friends and family, and working out.
Destiny Conda
Dental Assistant
Dental assistant, Destiny, has been at Cypress Dental since 2019.
Passions of her career include assisting Dr. Alfy in implant procedures, helping patients during procedures, and learning new skills. She adores her coworkers, and feels the friendly atmosphere is very welcoming.
Destiny loves the outdoors. Hiking and working out are a vital part of her life style. Having grown up in Castroville, she spends much of her available time with family.
